Here is a sample 5 days 4 nights Itinerary for a Puerto Princesa El Nido tour in Palawan. This is similar to the Itinerary we had and the schedules will note tire you out. I hope this will help you in planning your PPC El Nido Tour. 🙂

Day 1 (Underground River tour and departure to El Nido)

4:30AM – Depart NAIA T4

5:45AM – Arrival PPS

7AM to 1PM – Underground River Tour (Depending on a number of tourists, you can finish this tour by 12:30PM. If there are many tourists that day, tour guide told us it might finish by 5PM max. Luckily we were finished by 12:30PM)

2PM – Depart to El Nido by Van (Much better if you can book a Van in Salvacion, so that you don’t need to go to Puerto Princesa to ride a van since Salvacion is the crossroad going to Sabang and El Nido)

6-7PM – Arrive in El Nido. Take a rest, you’ll need it.

Day 2 (Island Tour El Nido)

9AM to 4PM – Island Hopping tour (your choice of tour)

Sample: Tour A

Day 3 (Island Tour El Nido)

9AM to 4PM – Island Hopping tour (your choice of tour)

Sample: Tour C

Day 4 (Last Day in El Nido)

Free day (roam around town or just stay in Hotel get some rest)

1PM – Depart El Nido. Click here for a blog post regarding the sights and sounds of El Nido Town

7PM – Arrive in PPC. Eat dinner and take a rest.

OR (If you are feeling energetic for one more tour)

9AM – Island tour or Nacpan Beach

6PM – Depart El Nido

12AM – Arrive in PPC. Sleep.

Day 5 (Puerto Princesa CIty Tour, Depart PPC)

Duration of the Puerto Princesa City tour depends on the time of your flight. So if you’re just going to see a few, half day is ok. But if not, you can tour the whole day and book a flight back to Manila in the evening. In this Itinerary, I’ll just assume the flight is 3PM so I’m taking the half day DIY tour.

7AM to 11AM – DIY City tour

11AM – Lunch

12PM – Airport

3PM – Depart Puerto Princesa

4:30PM – Arrive in Manila

There you have it. Best of both places, PPC and El Nido for just 5 days. I think an Island hopping tour in Puerto Princesa is not needed if you are going to El Nido anyway. Let me know your thoughts and I might be able to help you. 🙂
