Tamsui in Pictures; A place to relax and forget
Tamsui is one of the most beautiful places you can visit in Taiwan. Many locals and tourists spend their weekends here to relax, bond and eat delicious food. Located at the northern tip, it is easily accessible by train through the Tamsui-Xinyi red line.
There are lots of things to do and visit in the district of Tamsui (or Danshui). Make your first stop at the Tamsui Old Street and indulge on some of Taiwan’s delectable street foods. Go to the Tamsui Riverbank and have a much needed breath of fresh air. You can also rent a bike to go around or wait for the beautiful sunset. Take a ferry to Fisherman’s Wharf and eat more seafood or grab a table in one of the bars there and unwind on some acoustic performances. Level up your knowledge on a historical visit to Fort Santo Domingo or in Aletheia Univeristy just besides it. Whatever you want to do in Tamsui, I bet you’ll have an amazing time.
Here’s some of the pictures we had in this beautiful spot in Taiwan. Hope you like it 😀
